| Placing An Order:
Please browse my site using the various category buttons located on left hand side of the front page to navigate. If you see any products you would like to order, please select the amount required and then use the “Add To Cart” button to place the products to your basket. When you have finished shopping, use the Check Out button which will take you through the shipping and payment sections where you will be given options in each category to choose from.
Paying For Your Order:
I accept personal cheques (please be advised that orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared) or postal orders: please contact me for payee details. Alternatively, you can send an instant payment using your credit or debit card via PayPal. Please be aware that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order using this method and your card details are not at any stage divulged to me.
VAT:
All my products are currently VAT-free.

| Cancellations And Returns:
Orders placed on this website all have a 24 hour cancellation or order alteration period before processing begins. Please email me if you wish to cancel or change your order. Any payments already received will be refunded if you decide to cancel your order within this cancellation period.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven day right to return certain goods and services. Please note that custom orders of wholesale products, certain ingredients and products that have been made to order are exempt from any right to return due to the fact I cannot return these products into my stock to resell them. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and the order must be returned in a condition fit for resale before a refund can be authorised.
Refunds:
In general I will not offer a refund if you decide you have changed your mind about a particular product as the vast majority of my products are handmade to order. If an order has not been filled correctly then a refund of both the purchase and postage will be given. Any item purchased which has not been hand made to order (such as simmering granules, oil burners, tea lights etc) can be returned within seven days, in an unused state and in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment – i.e. PayPal payments via PayPal and postal payments via cheque. Please note: payments made via PayPal using direct bank transfer or eCheque will be refunded as soon as the cleared funds are available.

| Dispatch Times:
As all products are freshly made to order it generally takes 3-5 days for an order to be completed and dispatched from receipt of cleared payment. Please allow one or two additional days for the postal delivery service and allow up to five working days for cheques to clear. Dispatch times may be a bit longer during very busy periods such as Valentines Day and Christmas: I recommend that you order a little earlier to avoid disappointment during these times. I will always inform customers should I envisage such delays. If an order is urgent or large please contact me in advance for an anticipated delivery timescale to avoid any risk of disappointment. I will gladly post your order to an alternative address (for example if it is gift) if you email me with the details on payment using the box provided.
Postal Service:
All goods are dispatched using the Royal Mail postal service and depending on which level of postage you have chosen it should be with you within two to five working days after it has been processed. I obtain proof of postage for all packages dispatched and will provide you with details in the unlikely event that your package should go astray. If an insured package goes missing in transit I will contact Royal Mail to attempt to locate your package and if this search proves unsuccessful I will file a claim for non delivery and replace your order.
Postal Insurance:
I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit by the Royal Mail and I am unable to replace missing items unless insurance cover has been purchased (please select the postal insurance option from the additional services category in the shipping section if you wish to take advantage of this cover). Please note that glass or ceramic ware is NOT insured against damage in transit. Please retain any packaging as photographic evidence of damage may be required for any claim.

| Collection of orders:I am based in Bromley, Kent and am happy for local customers to collect their orders from my house in person by prior mutually convenient arrangement.
Non-Delivery/Return Of Goods:
If your order has been returned to me as a result of non-delivery (i.e. no-one available to sign for it, or not collected at post office/depot) I will invoice you for the additional postage cost to re-send it. If returns are not claimed or additional postage has not been paid within 14 days the contents of your order will either be put back into stock or disposed of.
Packaging:
I recycle packaging materials and boxes wherever possible and all my packaging is biodegradable (i.e. paper or biodegradable packing cobs).
